We work alongside organisations across Kent and Medway to strengthen connections, share learning, and create opportunities to work together. Whether you’re looking to link in with others, explore funding, or stay informed, there are a number of ways to get involved.
West Kent VCSE Alliance
The West Kent VCSE Alliance is a forum led by Involve, bringing together voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations alongside partners delivering services across West Kent. It creates space to connect, share insight, and work more closely with health, social care, and other statutory services.
We run a series of online and in-person meetings throughout the year, each focused on a different theme. These sessions provide an opportunity to explore topical issues and learn from others across the system.
We know that navigating statutory systems can be challenging, and this network aims to break down these barriers – making it easier for organisations to connect, collaborate, and have their voices heard.
The Alliance is open to organisations of all sizes, and you can choose to join whichever meetings feel most relevant to you. You are very welcome to part of the network.

Funding opportunities
Each year, Involve Kent provides funding to support local and community organisations to deliver activities that benefit their communities.
Through our Social Prescribing Community Fund, we have previously awarded grants to help organisations build capacity, develop new activities, and expand the support available across West Kent.
Grants have supported a wide range of work, including activities that help people manage long-term health conditions, improve wellbeing, and stay connected to their communities.
