We offer a wide range of support services and take referrals from different professionals in the community including support workers, housing officers, community wardens, healthcare providers, mental health services and more. If you are working with an individual that would benefit from additional support, please refer them using our online form.
As well as individuals, we also work with voluntary sector and community partners and have a wealth of experience supporting organisations. We are passionate about working together as a sector and ensuring that there is good quality, safe and innovative service delivery across Kent, which we cannot do without our partners.
