Based: Involve Office in Turkey Mill, Maidstone. Hybrid working available 2 days per week after initial training period.

We are looking for a Telephone Navigator & Business Support Officer to be the first point of contact people have with our organisation, ensuring individuals, professionals and community partners can quickly access the right support, information and services. The role will ensure high-quality administrative and business support across our services, helping teams work efficiently and ensuring that people receive a seamless experience from their first contact with Involve.
