Primary Care Network Digital and Transformation Lead (Sittingbourne) 

An exciting role hosted by Involve Kent and developed to support the Clinical Directors of Sittingbourne Primary Care network and the GP practices to create a fully-functioning and continually developing Primary Care Network.  You will have overall responsibility for the management of the network and will provide both operational, strategic and personnel management across the PCN, working closely with the PCN Clinical Directors and the PCN leadership team to achieve success.

We are looking for someone with a background in the NHS or Primary Care, a great communicator with a flexible, analytical, problem-solving and meticulous approach to their work. Experienced in project management, managing and setting budgets, dealing with complex reports and data, managing, motivating and reviewing the performance of teams, with a strong focus on quality improvement.
