Community Wellbeing Roles in West Kent

Involve are currently recruiting for a variety of innovative roles working across West Kent.

We work with health and social care colleagues and community services to support people to access their local communities and optimize their physical and emotional wellbeing.

We provide consistent, quality support with a person-centred and outcomes focused approach to ensure people are supported to achieve their personal goals and improve their wellbeing. We work with high client numbers to complete holistic, person-centred and strength-based assessments.

Access to a car is essential to complete home and community visits, our office base is in Maidstone, hybrid working may be available.

Salary range up to £26,608 and 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (FTE), based on skills and experience.
