Activity Groups

We run co-ordinated activities for young people with autism spectrum conditions and mental health conditions across Kent. Activities are chosen by young people and are designed to help encourage new friendships and experiences.

Activities have included art, baking, rock climbing, archery, bushcraft, animal handling, kayaking and so much more!

Connect!

Connect! is a service for young people aged 9-18 years with autism spectrum conditions (or on the pathway to diagnosis). Groups are run after school and during half term across Kent, as well as a regular online gaming meet-up. Activities are autism friendly and are designed for young people to try new things and make friends in a comfortable environment.

“My 14 year old son has ASD and struggles to communicate in social situations. Connect! has opened up his world socially with such a great variety of activities to choose from. It has built up his confidence and he looks forward to going.”
