Positively Connected Kent is more than a service… it’s a movement. A partnership of organisations across Kent and Medway working together to tackle energy inequality and make sure support reaches the people who need it most.
We believe that no one should have to choose between heating and living. By coming together, we are creating a joined-up system of support that is easier to access, fairer, and built around people.
A partnership for change
We are starting this journey with strong local partners: Medway Voluntary Action, Social Enterprise Kent, and Groundwork, with Involve leading the partnership. These organisations, along with hopefully many to come, are working together to to create county-wide energy support.
Together, we are building something bigger than any single organisation, a connected and coordinated response to energy inequality.

Guidance on using smart meters, comparison tools and online services to better manage bills
