If you’re aged 16 to 24 and look after or care for a family member or friend due to a long-term physical or mental health condition, disability, or addiction who could not manage without your support, then our Young Adult Carers service is for you.
Helping you live the life you want to
This is a dedicated service for carers aged 16 to 24, providing access to information, advice and guidance, 1 to 1 support, as well as support groups and social activities to meet other young carers, and much more.
Locations we cover
This service is available for Young Adult Carers living in Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Malling and Sevenoaks.
