Children, Young People and Families

Involve offers comprehensive support for the entire family, ranging from individual support for children and young people, to services that address the collective needs of the whole family. We recognise that challenges within the family can impact each member differently, and we are dedicated to taking the time to listen to everyone involved to guide you to the help and support you need.

How can we help

We take the time to understand your journey and how it impacts you and those around you. We can provide direct support through one of our services, or assist by connecting you to other available resources that offer help.

We provide:

  • Family support directly from GP practices where a child or young person has a long term health condition or neurodiversity
  • Short breaks for young people aged 9-18 with social communication issues, with or without diagnosis, to socialise and boost their confidence
  • Groups for young people aged 15-19 with mental health conditions to foster new friendships and be supported to achieve their goals
  • Support for young people aged 16 and above who provide care for a family member or friend
  • Support for young people who have left, or are preparing to leave care, aiding them in gaining independence
