Do you feel overwhelmed or not sure where to turn for support? Come along to one of our Caring and Me groups, run across four weeks for unpaid carers living in West Kent.
Each week we will tackle a different topic based on challenges you may experience when caring for someone. It’s an opportunity to learn new information, share ideas, and find support in a welcoming space with those who understand your situation.
