What we do
You Matter Community Project CIC is a new initiative supporting residents aged 60+ across Medway who are experiencing social isolation or recovering following hospital stays. Our services focus on companionship, befriending, wellbeing support, food bank access, and signposting to relevant local services. We also provide IT and digital support, including access to tablets, free SIM cards and data, to help individuals build confidence with digital skills and stay connected. We run a Saturday Soc
