The Riverside Community Hub

Our overall goal as a community centre is to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing of people in our community, particularly older adults and vulnerable people who may otherwise struggle to access support. We aim to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where people can socialise, build friendships and feel part of the community. Alongside activities and affordable meals, we provide practical support through our Info & Advice service, Dementia services and wellbeing activities.
