What we do

Move it or Lose it! was founded in 2010 by award-winning exercise instructor, Julie Robinson, who has dedicated her career to motivating thousands of people to keep active in later life.

Our exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater strength. All our keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability – perfect for seniors.

FABS Fitness classes have been developed in collaboration with the University of Birmingham, Ageing Research Unit, ensuring age or ability are no longer barriers to an active lifestyle.
