What we do
The Maidstone Safe Haven provides emotional, social, and psychological support to individuals experience mental distress. It offers a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for people struggling to cope with their mental health at evenings and weekends when other services are closed. The aim is to support people to reduce their immediate crisis and to formulate a safety plan, drawing on personal resilience and positive support networks to decrease the likelihood of recurrence of the individual’s crisis.
