What we do
We are running 2 clubs for seniors at Tonbridge Baptist Church on Wednesday afternoons: Chair fitness 2pm-3pm Seated exercises to popular tunes for all abilities. Singing for fun 3.15pm-4.15pm Group singing to classic songs from 60s & 70s. Song sheets provided.
Both groups are dementia friendly & wheelchair accessible. All inclusive & about meeting others, making friends & enjoying yourself. Refreshments provided.
£5 a session & carers go free. Reduced rate available if you can’t afford this.
