What we do
Dementia Adventure is a national charity supporting people living with dementia and their carers to stay active, connected and enjoying the outdoors. Through supported holidays, days out and nature-based activities, we help people build confidence, reduce isolation and create positive shared experiences. We believe that with the right support, people living with dementia can continue to live well and experience adventure.
