Cruse Bereavement Support

Cruse is a National Charity and as such has branches throughout the UK. Our team of trained Bereavement Volunteers offers bereavement support and counselling to adults, children and young people who have been affected by the death of someone close to them. Our service is free, confidential and available to anyone whatever their culture, race, religious persuasion or sexual orientation. In Maidstone and Medway once a referral has been taken, either for face to face or telephone, you will be placed on our waiting list. The waiting time is variable and is influenced by demand and where and when you can be seen. The more flexible you can be the quicker you will be allocated a volunteer. After a period of time one of our BVs will phone you to arrange a time and day to telephone or meet you.
