What we do
Kent Wildlife Trust Wilder Wellbeing programmes are open to adults living in Medway who are experiencing mental health difficulties. The programmes are based around nature connectedness using the five ways to wellbeing, and mindfulness.
The programmes are 6 weeks long (not drop in sessions, participants are anticipated to attend the full 6 week programme) and takes place on selected dates.
They are free to attend however a registration form must be filled out to secure your space on the programme.
The sessions (2 hours each week) and take place at our Darland Banks Nature Park.
