What we do
This programme is for adults residing within 10 miles of West Blean and Thornden Woods who are seeking to improve their mental and social wellbeing. It is a 6-week programme, running from Wednesday 12 February to Wednesday 19 March, 1pm – 3pm. (These are not drop-in sessions, participants are anticipated to attend the full 6 week programme).
The programme is based around nature connectedness using the six ways to wellbeing, and mindfulness – sessions will include gentle walks in a small group setting, where you will learn relaxation techniques and experience the benefits of nature.
The programme is free to attend however a registration form must be filled out to secure your space.
