What we do
West Kingsdown Lunch Club is a friendly and welcoming lunch club for older people living in West Kingsdown. The Club meets every month on the third Thursday, from 12pm to 2pm, at St Edmunds Primary School.
Residents can enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal free of charge, while spending time socialising in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Alongside the lunch, the Club regularly welcomes speakers from local organisations who provide information about services and support available to older people.
The programme also offers a variety of enjoyable and interactive activities throughout the year, including indoor bingo, reminiscence and memory sessions, seed planting, chair-based exercise, painting and musical memories.
When? Third Tuesday of the month from 12pm to 2pm.
