What we do
Soothe your body and mind on a guided, meditative walk through the woods inspired by the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, Shinrin Yoku. These forest bathing events encourage you to take your experience in nature to a new level. Each session lasts 2 hours and runs every couple of months, offering a seasonal opportunity to reconnect with the natural world.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, this meditative walk supports your wellbeing by helping you switch off and immerse yourself in nature. Evidence suggests that practices of this style can boost your immune system, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
This is an invitation to simply ‘be’ in nature and engage with your surroundings through your five senses. You’ll be offered a series of gentle, meditative prompts none of which are compulsory allowing you to choose what feels right for you in each moment.
