What we do
Join us for socially distanced walking at different paces to suit all capabilities, including people in wheelchairs or with other mobility issues. Our groups offer scenic, sociable, rejuvenating walks to carers and the people they care for at beautiful venues throughout Kent. Designed to boost mental and physical health and reduce isolation with fresh air, friendships and exercise. Lunch to follow. All free of charge .
