What we do
Every Step Counts is a gentle, supportive walking group which run 8 walks in the Sevenoaks district. Our walks are aimed at people who would like to walk, chat and meet new people at the same time as improving or maintaining their fitness. We walk at the speed and for the length that suits each individual. Most walks last 20 minutes but there is always an option to do more or less for those who wish to and are able. After the walk there is always an opportunity to have refreshments in a nearby café and to enjoy the company of the group. It doesn’t matter if you can only manage a short distance, are recovering from an operation, are trying to lose weight or need someone to encourage you to exercise. Every Step Counts.
