Virtual Community Choir

We would like to invite you to join our virtual community choir, which runs on Friday afternoons via Zoom (4pm to 4.40pm). We sing at least six songs each week (chosen by the choir members themselves) and have a good chat. We send out lyric sheets to those registered to attend in advance of the session so that everyone can sing the same words! Whilst people that join can see everyone else on screen, you will only be able to hear the person running the choir (to avoid sound delay issues). It’s as if you are singing a duet but no-one else can hear you singing along. On occasion, we unmute everyone (usually when singing Happy Birthday to a member) so people can hear how awful the time delay is for the overall sound!
