What we do
Meet new people while moving, seated in a chair along with some great and familiar music.
The sessions help improve mobility, coordination and posture as well as aiding mood, confidence and quality of life.
Our group runs at Trinity Theatre, Tunbridge Wells from 10am – 11am. Occasionally the group moves to a different venue. Please get in contact to check it is at the same place.
