What we do
We encourage families in the Maidstone Borough to become more active by running a mile together and to improve behaviour towards a healthier lifestyle. Our Family Mile is an activity which is free for all, we are funded by Sport England to empower communities to be more active and come together to do ‘Their Mile, Their Way’ – like many organisations we had to adapt our offer when the first Lockdown was announced in England and moved all of our delivery online.
