What we do
Our teams at Riverside can help reduce pressure on Primary Care by minimising inappropriate appointments, and reducing the need for further appointments as the patients’ needs are more fully met. Our skilled support workers can either co-locate with Primary Care Services or receive referrals direct from the practice, and will work with the patient to ensure holistic recovery.
