What we do
Our Support Groups offer peer support to those affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers. These groups allow people to get much needed support, information, and the opportunity to share their experiences. They are run by trained volunteers, and supported by the charity Bipolar UK. They are free to attend and no booking is required.
Support Groups run at the Community Support Centre on the 2nd Monday of every month from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.We also have several specialist national online support groups that you can join monthly.
