What we do
Our Stretch & Move sessions are fun, supportive, and relaxed exercise classes, suited to anyone who is currently inactive due to either mobility or low fitness level. The classes include both seated and standing options and is tailored to suit beginners and wheelchair users too. Sessions have proven to help participants with both their physical and mental health and the confidence and ability to participate in physical activity.
Sessions are 1 hour and run at the Capel Morris Centre RBLI, Angel Centre and Larkfield Leisure Centre. The classes are ‘pay as you go’ and everyone is welcome! Friday @ 11.30am. Session costs £3.50 – to book call 01622 719345 or email Natalie.williams@tmactive.co.uk
