What we do
These sessions are a great opportunity for you to take part in accessible physical activity which will keep you active. Each session includes the chance to socialise over tea and coffee, meaning you can meet others in the same situation and make new friends.
Our Sevenoaks Sessions run at:
Chiddingstone Causeway – Causeway Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway (TN11 8JS)
Sessions run on alternate Mondays from 10:45am – 12:15pm as of January 5th 2026
Edenbridge – The Eden Centre, Edenbridge (TN8 6BY)
Sessions run on alternate Thursdays from 10:15am – 12pm
Dunton Green – Dunton Green Pavillion, TN13 2UR
Sessions run on the second Wednesday of the month from 1:30pm – 3pm
