What we do
A mainly seated exercise class to help anyone over 50 or with mobility problems, needing help to improve balance, gain confidence after a fall, strengthen muscles in arm or legs, improve mobility in joints and get tips on how to keep active, get off the floor after a fall and also help keep independent and be able to keep doing everyday activities for fuller lifestyle.
The class is very sociable and the last half hour we have a cup of tea/coffee and biscuit with a chance for everyone to chat together and meet others.
Run by a fully qualified instructor.
These sessions are held online via zoom every Wednesday 10:30am – 12noon.
