What we do
Social Prescribing is If you feel as though you could benefit from extra support and would like to take steps to improving your wellbeing, our Social Prescribing Link Workers are here to help. Our Link Workers can meet with you regularly to listen and offer guidance in a safe and confidential one to one setting, by connecting you to a range of support. This support can include mental health support, housing support, transport, exercise classes, gardening groups, singing groups and much more. If you think you might benefit from seeing a Social Prescribing Link Worker, please contact your GP surgery in the first instance.
