What we do
SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. SANE`s Services remain open every day of the year from 4pm to 10pm on 0300 304 7000. SANE will retain the callback service we opened during the pandemic, so you can still leave us a message on 07984 967 708 giving us your first name and phone number, and we will call you back within a few days. Alternatively, visit our Emotional Support page to see ways we can support you by email or text. The helpline is a confidential service for those aged 16 or over.
