What we do
We run Pop Up Mobility, Strength and Balance Classes around Sevenoaks and Tonbridge areas. These sessions are £3.50 with a tea/coffee included.
We run these at:
- Causeway Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway TN11 8JS – Alternate Mondays 10.45am – 12.15pm,
- Cowden Village Hall (TN8 7HU) – Alternate Thursdays 10.00am – 12.00pm,
- at The Eden Centre, Edenbridge TN8 6BY – Alternate Thursdays 10.30am – 12.00pm and at,
- Dunton Green Pavilion, Dunton Green TN13 2UR – Every 2nd Wednesday of the month 1.30pm – 3.30pm.
