What we do
We’re here to offer you practical information, advice and support by phone and email, as well as through information on our website. We would talk you through any issues you have on your mind and share their experience to help you find a way forward together. The emphasis will be on self-management; using coping strategies in order to stay well and recover from the illness. Calls to 03 numbers are charged at no more than national rate calls to standard UK landline phone numbers starting with 01 or 02, and they must be included in your phone providers inclusive minutes and discount schemes in the same way.
