What we do
This is a free 12 week programme (running both online and in person at a local venue) aimed at people with a BMI over 30 – other eligibility criteria applies. Topics covered include: portion sizes, label reading and more. Exercise sessions are suitable for beginners.
Pre-course materials include workbooks, timetables, and further information. You can expect friendly support and advice from One You Advisors and private weekly weight submissions to keep you on track. Enjoy a warm and friendly group environment, set goals that are specific and achievable to you and aim to lose 5% of your body weight.
