What we do
One you Lifestyle Service provides clients with support to address unhealthy lifestyle choices such as poor food choices, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol levels, as well as work to promote and improve mental wellbeing.
We use behaviour change skills and techniques to support people to adopt small changes that can have a big impact on their overall health and wellbeing.
We work with you for up to one year with face-to-face or remote telephone/video call support. We aim to empower you with the motivation and focus to help you take control of your own lifestyle and behaviour change.
