What we do
Music4Wellbeing offers fun and stimulating music and other creative activities for groups of people, delivered in friendly community environments.
We are committed to improving the quality of life of all people taking part in our activities, including people living with life challenges and their friends, families and carers.
Sessions take place on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 1:45pm – 3:00pm.
