What we do
Music and Movement group – a mainly seated exercise session to music for those living with dementia and their carers. 2nd Wednesday (From February) AND 4th Monday of every month, 2.30pm until 3.30pm with teas and coffees afterwards. There is a small charge of £3 per couple.
