What we do
A vibrant & easy-going group for people in the Early stages of Dementia in the gorgeous walled garden of Hands of Hope, Hawkhurst. Bring a sandwich and lots of tea/coffee and biscuits!
When: Mondays in term time from 10.30am – 1pm.

This group is lead by what our members would like to do and find interesting, so you’ll have a say in the activities.
Our aim is to stimulate the mind, get together with like minded people and have a good laugh.
Previous activities include:
- Talks from local people like Head Miller at Cranbrook windmill
- Themed mornings like Burns night, St Patricks day
- Guided relaxation
- Gardening or Games day
- Music appreciation including classical to 1950’s – 1970’s
- Travel inspired day
- Art sessions
