What we do
Looking for a way to boost your mood and get active? Our MindStones Programme uses the power of football to bring men together in a supportive, pressure-free environment. Meeting every Monday and Thursday, we welcome men aged 18+ to join our community of regular players. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills on the pitch or just need a place to clear your head, our sessions combine physical exercise with the chance to connect with others.
Our sessions are more than just a game; they are a springboard for positive change. With the support of trained coaches and inspirational peer leaders like Colin—who started as a participant and is now one of our leaders—many of our members have found the confidence to improve their overall health, quit smoking, or open up to family and friends. Join us to hear from expert guest speakers on a range of wellbeing topics and discover how being part of a team can provide a fresh perspective on life.
