What we do
Why not join us at one of our FREE Memory Cafés taking place across Sevenoaks and Tonbridge?
These sessions are open to everyone, and are more than just a hot drink and a slice of cake! You’ll get to meet others living with memory challenges, build new friendships, share your experiences and find common ground.
When: 11am – 1pm monthly – Upcoming dates for 2026: 5th March, 2nd April, 30th April, 28th May, 25th June, 23rd July, 20th August, 17th September, 15th October, 12th November, 10th December

Our Cafés are relaxed, drop-in sessions. You can come along at any time during the session, and stay for as little or as long as you like. Partners and Carers are welcome to join, too!
You can come along to all of our sessions each month, or just the one closest to you. Please note that you will need to arrange your own travel for our cafe sessions.
