Our “Managing Stress and Anxiety” webinar is a four week self-help workshop based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and aims to help you understand what keeps stress and anxiety going, as well as how to break those vicious cycles.
This includes learning how to manage difficult or worrisome thoughts, as well as developing helpful ways to cope with stressful life circumstances.
