What we do
Parent support groups for parents who are struggling with situations where a child is violent, aggressive or out of control: ie meltdowns, problems in emotional regulation, destructive behaviour.
Find support in our groups with parents and facilitators who understand and don’t judge.
Find connection, hope and a pathway forward towards change.
Break the cycle of violence and stress.
Recover your sense of wellbeing and competence.
Learn new approaches from lived experience practitioners.
Find your tribe.
Groups are closed groups running for 10-12 weeks. We run them as often as we have funding. This should be at least 3 times a year.
