Kent Homeless Connect is continuing to provide support while adapting the way we work to follow the latest official advice and guidance. Porchlight’s services helps vulnerable people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We offer a range of specialist services and take an integrated approach to prevent people from losing their homes.
