Keep Phytt exercise classes specifically for the over 55 age group.
Designed and overseen by our physiotherapist to help you stay strong and active, improve your balance and flexibility and conquer those aches and pains no matter what your age and ability.
We have weekly, hour long, classes in Sandyhurst Lane, Ashford on Tuesdays at 10am.
