What we do
We support unemployed women with free interview clothing and coaching before any upcoming interviews they may have. Every woman will receive one-to-one interview coaching over the phone or via Zoom and a parcel containing a complete outfit for her interview, delivered straight to her door. Alternatively, you can come in to one of our centres where we provide the clothing and coaching to you. We can support women anywhere in the UK with our virtual service. To be eligible for a Smart Works Appointment, a Client must identify as female and be currently unemployed. If the client would like a First Dressing & Interview Preparation session, then they must also have a confirmed upcoming job or apprenticeship interview.
