What we do
Join an exciting project and get involved in growing/gardening sessions with our Gardening Team and volunteers. These sessions include sowing, planting, potting, repotting, watering, weeding, harvesting, DIY and supporting seasonal tasks. This is an opportunity to support a community project, the environment; and also, to meet new people, learn new skills, keep active and improve your wellbeing. Growing sessions run between Wednesday and Friday (10am – 2pm). No previous experience is required. Our project members say they really enjoy outdoor activities and having somewhere peaceful and safe to come. Everyone is welcome but people who need special care or with additional needs will be requested to come with a relative, carer or tutor.
