What we do

Led by a qualified fitness trainer who specializes in health-related exercise, these sessions provide a slow, steady, and safe way to get your body moving again.

Initially starting with 30-minute sessions and gradually building up over 8 weeks, the program focuses on the five essentials of wellbeing: cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
