Advice to the Public – free, independent, confidential and impartial.
We offer advice and information on a wide range of subjects including welfare benefits, debt, credit, housing, homelessness, work, family and relationships, health and disability and much more.
Advice is by appointment only – to get in touch with us for an appointment please:

- Visit our reception at Canterbury Citizens Advice (3 Westgate Hall Rd, Canterbury CT1 2BT) on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday between 10am and 1pm, or
